Joshua Garcia on Gabbi's boyfriend Khalil: 'Hindi ako nakapag-reach out pero...'

"Unbreak My Heart" star Joshua Garcia appeared on "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda" Thursday to talk about the much-awaited series that will premiere on Monday, May 29.

In his interview with Joshua, the King of Talk referenced his co-star Gabbi Garcia's previous revelation of calling and informing Julia Barretto about working with Joshua, and asked if he did the same to Kapuso actor Khalil Ramos, Gabbi's boyfriend.

While he admits that "hindi ako nakapag-reach out sa kanya, na kinausap ko siya," Joshua revealed sending them gifts last Christmas. "At friends naman kami ni Khalil," he added.

Besides, Joshua continued, he would always ask Gabbi about her boyfriend's reaction to their scenes together, and she would always assure her it's fine by Khalil.

"Palagi ko tinatanong si Gabbi, 'kumusta kay Khalil itong eksena? OK ba sa kanya?' 'Oo ok lang yan'," Joshua recalled.

"Hindi kasi sila nagpapakailamanang dalwa. Kung ano yung work nito, work lang," he continued.

"At saka professionally naman namin ginawa yung mga ginawa namin dun," Joshua said.

Joshua and Gabbi star across each other in the series. When they were shooting "Unbreak" in Europe, the two made waves online as fans couldn't get enough of their chemistry.

Along with Joshua and Gabbi, "Unbreak My Heart" is also topbilled by Jodi Sta. Maria, Richard Yap, Will Ashley, Maey Bautista, Bianca de Vera, Jeremiah Lisbo, Nikki Valdez, Gardo Versoza, Sunshine Cruz, Eula Valdes, and Laurice Guillen.
