Joshua Garcia talks about torrid kissing scene with Jodi Sta. Maria in 'Unbreak My Heart'

Joshua Garcia and Jodi Sta. Maria's torrid kissing scene in "Unbreak My Heart" made a buzz when the series released its very first teaser. 

On Thursday's episode of "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda," Joshua talked about his experience filming that scene with the award-winning veteran actress.

"Akala ko challenging siya pero mabuti na lang po dumaan kami sa sensuality workshop," the actor said.

"Dun mo malalaman kung hanggang saan lang 'yung limit, kung hanggang saan 'yung puwede mong hawakan, puwede mong halikan, gaano katagal. Sobrang detailed—kung may tongue ba yan, without tongue, lahat," he added.

Asked if the way he kisses someone for a film or series is the same with how he kisses in real life, Joshua said yes.

"Ang difference lang dito kasi walang tongue. Sa totoong buhay you can use your tongue."

Joshua is also thankful to Jodi and Gabbi Garcia, his leading ladies in the show, for trusting him in doing the scenes.

"Importante yun eh na may tiwala ka sa partner mo. And 'yung pagkatiwaalan nila ako sa eksena na halikan sila, sobrang laki ng pasasalamat ko sa kanila," he said.

"Unbreak My Heart," which also stars Richard Yap, is a historic collaboration between GMA Network, ABS-CBN, and Viu Philippines.

It will air on Mondays to Thursdays starting May 29 on GMA Telebabad, Pinoy Hits, and I Heart Movies at 9:35 p.m. and 11:25 p.m. on GTV.

It is also available on GMA Pinoy TV and TFC. Advanced screening is on May 27 at 9 p.m. on GMANetwork.com, iWantTFC and Viu.
