Dingdong Dantes now preparing for ‘Firefly’ movie, to also star in a series

We’ll be able to see Dingdong Dantes on the big screen again!

According to Lhar Santiago’s "24 Oras" report on Wednesday, Dingdong is now already preparing for the upcoming GMA Public Affairs film titled "Firefly."

"Napakagandang kwento po nito. In fact, before pandemic pa lang narinig ko na ang kuwentong ‘to and mapalad ako na na-share sa akin ‘tong project na ‘to," he said.

Directed by Zig Dulay, Firefly will also star Max Collins, Epi Quizon, Alessandra de Rossi, Yayo Aguila, Cherry Pie Picache, Miguel Tanfelix, and Ysabel Ortega.

Dingdong is also set to star in an upcoming series, which has yet to start its pre-production.

"It’s also something na very very interesting yung kwento," he said. "Mas excited po ako."
