Here's a look at Barbie Forteza and David Licauco's characters in 'Daig Kayo ng Lola Ko'

From Klay and Fidel, Barbie Forteza and David Licauco will now play the roles of Lady and Luke in "Daig Kayo ng Lola Ko."

On Facebook, Wednesday, Barbie gave a look at their characters in the four-week special which starts on Sunday.

In one photo, David can be seen presenting a flower to Barbie as they stared at each other's eyes and smiled.

In another, David was looking sweetly at Barbie as she smiled at someone else.

"Daig Kayo Ng Lola Ko: Lady and Luke" follows the story of Lady (Barbie) and her sister Sabrina (Zonia Mejia) who are complete opposites. Lady is the responsible yet controlling one, especially with her younger sibling, who is happy-go-lucky.

One day, Lady gets into a fight with Delilah (Gilleth Sandico), a fortune teller with witchcraft skills who also tries to avoid paying her rent.

As they argue, a handsome contractor named Luke (David) runs into them. He is instantly captivated by Lady, but at the same, Delilah is attracted to him.

Delilah proceeds to make a love potion to deceive Luke. One day, voodoo magic also seems to take a hold of Lady as she starts moving against her will, just like a puppet.

Also starring in the series are Vince Maristela, Hannah Precillas, and Bodjie Pascua.

"Daig Kayo ng Lola Ko" airs on Sundays at 6 p.m. after "24 Oras Weekend."
