Liza Soberano's former manager Ogie Diaz speaks up on the star's recent statements

Liza Soberano certainly made noise over the weekend when she opened up about her struggles in the entertainment industry.

In a vlog on Monday, her former manager Ogie Diaz shared his thoughts about Liza's statements.

"At the end of the day, si Liza pa rin ang masusunod kung ano'ng gusto niyang gawin sa buhay niya, kung ano'ng gusto niyang gawin sa socmed accounts," Diaz said.

Addressing Liza, Diaz said "Anak, lagi kang binibigyan ng chance to say your piece, your opinion, your suggestion. Pinapakinggan ka rin naman 'pag may complaints ka pero minsan 'di ba we have to meet halfway."

He continued, "Pinagbibigyan mo naman ang production 'pag nilambing ka nila and I thank you for that. Pakikisama ang tawag doon, anak, pagtatanim para in the future, may aanihin. Kapag may ayaw ka, anak, isinaalang-alang din nila 'yun diba," adding she achieved fame not only because of him, her former studio, and production staff but because of her dedication to her job.

Before speaking up on her vlog, Liza deleted all her Instagram and YouTube posts, leading some fans to think that her accounts were hacked.

On Boy Abunda's GMA show last week, Tito Boy confirmed it was a rebranding.
