Kokoy De Santos calls Angel Guardian his 'special friend'

Kokoy De Santos and Angel Guardian have been dubbed the "Weekend Couple" and the GeKoy love team when they starred in "Running Man Philippines."

Viewers could not help but notice their cute chemistry in the reality show, and it turns out that they still remain close even after finishing the taping in South Korea.

In Cata Tibayan's report on "24 Oras Weekend," Sunday, Kokoy said he and Angel hang out together when they are free.

"Madalas pag wala kaming work, magkikita kami, minsan kaming dalawa, minsan si Buboy [Villar]," he said.

So is he courting Angel?

"Special friend ko 'yun," he simply said.

Angel and Kokoy also starred opposite each other in "Pepito Manaloto: Ang Unang Kuwento" as Beth and Patrick.
