David Licauco gets into a funny, nail-biting arm wrestling match with Derrick Monasterio
"Maria Clara at Ibarra" star David Licauco had a funny, nail-biting arm wrestling match with fellow Sparkle star Derrick Monasterio.
Derrick posted the video on Instagram, which showed each of them winning at certain points during the match. All throughout, David can be seen never giving up—right up to the end.
It looked like Derrick won, though David pulled up Derrick's arm again half-way, but didn't go all the way, thus, ending the competition.
The two were at the beach to do a summer shoot for clothing brand Bench.
David has recently finished the taping for "Maria Clara at Ibarra." His role as Fidel and his love team with Barbie Forteza's Klay catapulted him into fame as the Pambansang Ginoo.
Team FiLay recently made an appearance in "All-Out Sundays," making fans kilig as they performed in full Filipiniana costumes.
There's even talk of David and Barbie getting their own teleserye together.
"Maria Clara at Ibarra" airs on GMA Telebabad on weekdays after "24 Oras." The episodes are also livestreamed on GMANetwork.com/KapusoStream.
