Sunshine Cruz shrugs off 'bold star' tag from netizen: 'It doesn't matter anymore'
Sunshine Cruz has shrugged off a netizen who called her a bold star and tagged her daughters on social media.
On Thursday's "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda," Sunshine reflected on doing sexy films earlier in her career and the criticism receives over it.
"Before, of course, I get affected because 'yung mga bata, parang 'di dapat nadadamay," the actress said.
Sunshine admitted that there was a time she regretted doing sexy films. She said that it was a huge part of her separation with ex-husband Cesar Montano, but she did not elaborate further.
As for how she told her daughters about it, Sunshine said she waited until they were mature enough to handle it.
Sunshine said what's important is she became stronger and learned from it.
I can also be a singer. I can be an actress. And most especially, I am a good mom. I know that for a fact," she said.
Sunshine stars in the GMA Afternoon Prime series "Underage." It airs on weekdays at 4:25 p.m. on GMA-7.
