Boy Abunda says Mike Enriquez is a high priority in his dream list of interviewees

Boy Abunda said Mike Enriquez is among his priority interviewees with his return to GMA Network.

During a press conference at Astoria Plaza, Thursday, the King of Talk said the GMA Integrated News anchor is a "very dear friend" of his.

"Hindi ko man nakikita si Mike nang kasing dalas ng gusto ko, he has been a constant friend. Minsan may pinag-uusapan kami, minsan wala," he said. "He's very high up there."

After his contract signing with the network, Tito Boy said he immediately called Mike and shared the update with a "nandito na ako, nagbabalik." To which, Mike replied, "Saan? Anong nagbabalik?"

"Obviously, he was not watching television so sabi ko, 'Nagbabalik ako sa Channel 7 and I could not imagine not letting you know,'" he shared their conversation.

According to him, Mike answered: "I would not have forgiven you had you not told me."

Tito Boy said among the Kapuso artists he would also love to interview soon are Marian Rivera, Barbie Forteza, Heart Evangelista, Carla Abellana, Tom Rodriguez, and Dennis Trillo.

Though his upcoming projects with GMA are yet to be finalized, Tito Boy assured that they will be full of what he does best: interviews.

Tito Boy officially returned to GMA Network on Thursday. During the signing, he expressed how grateful he is for the trust given to him as a "presenter, social host, interviewer."

Among Boy Abunda's notable works with GMA Network in the past were "Show & Tell" and "Startalk."
