Kiray mourns the loss of Jovit Baldivino

Like the rest of us, Kiray Celis is mourning the loss of Jovit Baldivino.

Sharins photos from her visit to Jovit's wake, the Kapuso comedienne asked her followers to continue praying for the deceased singer and his family.

"Sana po pag-pray niyo ang family niya, asawa at anak niya," Kiray said.

Describing Jovit as a"mabuting anak, kapatid, asawa, tatay at kaibigan. Lahat na," Kiray reminded him of how much she loves him.

"Mahal na mahal ka namin, Jovit," she said. "Salamat po sa lahat ng nagmamahal sa tropa namin."

Jovit passed away on Friday, December 9. According to a news report, he was confined at the Jesus of Nazareth Hospital in Batangas on Sunday night after collapsing at a party and falling into a coma.

Much like Kiray, singer Marcelito Pomoy also grieved his friend. "Sobrang sakit, Parekoy," she said on social media. 

Jovit rose to fame after winning the first season of “Pilipinas Got Talent.” He is best known for his renditions of “Ika’y Mahal Pa Rin,” “Pusong Bato,” “Mula sa Puso,” “Faithfully,” and “Too Much Love Will Kill You,” among others.
