IV of Spades spotted at Eraserheads concert rehearsal

It looks like the Eraserheads aren’t the only OPM band that’s having a much-awaited reunion.

IV of Spades, namely, Zild Benitez, Blaster Silonga, Badjao De Castro, and Unique Salonga, were spotted at the rehearsals for the Eraserheads reunion concert.

Concert director Paolo Valenciano posted a photo with the band on Instagram.

“May nag reunion dito sa rehearsals ng Eheads reunion,” Paolo said in his caption.

“I swear, me right now,” he added with mind-blown and prayer emojis.

It is unclear whether IV of Spades will perform as a group at the concert, or if they attended the practice just to support.

In 2018, vocalist Unique left the band and has since had a solo career.

In 2020, the remaining members of IV of Spades announced that they will be taking a break to pursue personal interests.

Both Zild and Blaster and his band The Celestial Klownz released albums last October, respectively, “Medisina,” and “MY KOSMIK ISLAND DISK.”

The highly anticipated Eraserheads reunion concert is happening on December 22 at the SMDC Festival Grounds in Paranaque City. —Nika Roque/JCB, GMA Integrated News
