Bianca Umali, Ruru Madrid give sneak peek of screen test for upcoming series 'The Write One'

Bianca Umali and Ruru Madrid are finally working on a project together, and boy their chemistry looks great!

As seen in Nelson Canlas's report on "24 Oras," Monday, the real-life couple had their screen test for their upcoming series "The Write One."

Bianca and Ruru will play strangers turned into lovers in the series, which will be produced by GMA Public Affairs in partnership with a major online platform.

"It was refreshing. Nagsa-start nang mag-sink in sa 'min na [It's starting to sink in for us that] we will finally be working with each other," Bianca said about the screen test.

Ruru, for his part, said he saw a different side of Bianca as a workmate.

"I know na marami akong matutunan sa kanya bilang isang artista. 'Yung work ethics ni Bianca 'yung gusto kong makita at matutunan kung papaano niya ginagawa 'yun," he said.

("I know I will learn lots of things from her as an actor. I want to see Bianca's work ethics and learn how she does it.")

"The Write One" is a romantic drama with a touch of fantasy. It follows the story of a man who finds a mysterious typewriter that allows him to rewrite his love and life story.
