Jim Paredes to Danny Javier: 'Till we meet again, bro'

Jim Paredes shared a short and simple message for his APO Hiking Society bandmate, Danny Javier, after his passing.

On Instagram, Jim posted a black-and-white portrait of Danny in the studio "clowning around during recording years ago."

“Till we meet again, bro..” Jim said.

Fellow APO member Buboy Garovillo also paid tribute following the announcement. He said, “Just feeling the loss of an old faithful friend who knew what love is although sometimes it just doesn't show. My friend lives on in his music.”

Danny’s death was confirmed by his family in a Facebook post. He was 75 years old and passed away from “complications due to his prolonged illnesses.”

In 2020, Danny revealed in a Facebook post that he has "underlying health concerns with my heart, lungs, and kidneys."
