Jak Roberto starts building his dream home

After buying a lot, Jak Roberto has begun the process of building his dream home!

The "Bolera" actor shared the progress in his latest vlog revealing that he's been visiting the site with his architects since January.

Jak specified that he wants a three-story home. And given its location, there will be a view from the third floor.

He also wants to have four bedrooms, a roof deck, and a room on the first floor.

It is Jak’s first time to have a house built, which he wants to have for residential purposes.

Jak also showed his meetings with the architects and mock-ups of the beautiful house, which has huge spaces and includes a gym and a balcony.

In the video’s description, Jak said that he has always been a huge fan of house designs and that his biggest dream is to build his own home.

“Kahit 'yung mga locations namin na mga bahay sa taping, minamasdan kong mabuti kung paano dinesenyo. Kasi sabi ko sarili ko, kapag magpapagawa na ako ng bahay, kahit papaano may idea na ako sa ipapagawa ko sa architect ko,” he said.

Despite the challenges of being a first-timer, Jak can’t believe that he was able to virtually view his future house.

“I’m so happy to finally see and ‘walk-thru’ my soon-to-be home,” he said.

“This makes me more motivated to keep doing what I’m doing and to work hard. I can’t wait to build my dream home," he added. —Nika Roque/JCB, GMA News
