Miguel Tanfelix spends game show winnings on food for the less fortunate

Miguel Tanfelix celebrated his “Mamba Year” in a simple yet meaningful way—by giving back.

The “What We Could Be” star said in his vlog that given his endless lucky streak in winning jackpot prizes on GMA game shows, and guided by his faith, he knew that he had to help the less fortunate.

Recently, he even won the jackpot at “The Wall Philippines” when he guested with Ysabel Ortega.

“Swerte sa game show, ika nga nila. Jackpot dito, jackpot doon. The question is, bakit? At bakit ako? I think I have the answer for that,” Miguel said.

“Cause He knows na gagamitin ko ‘to sa tamang bagay. Isa lang naman akong tool eh, para ipamahagi ang blessings Niya," he added.

Right on the exact date of his birthday, Miguel went shopping for canned goods, sacks of rice, snacks, bread, coffee, face masks, and many more. Miguel and his team repacked these right away before going around the area.

“Done packing. It’s time to celebrate my birthday,” he said.

In the touching video, Miguel ended up giving grocery packs to those who need them the most.

“Kung meron kayong sobra, kahit konti, pamahagi niyo sa iba. Minsan yung konti sa ‘tin, malaki na para sa kanila. Kahit ano, kahit candy. Kahit nga time lang eh, for sure ma-a-appreciate nila yun eh,” the actor said.
