Gabby Concepcion hopes for a continuation of 'First Yaya' and 'First Lady'
After the success of "First Yaya" and its sequel "First Lady," series star Gaby Concepcion is hoping for a third installment in the series.
In an interview with Kapuso reporters after renewing his contract with GMA Network, the actor said, "Mas maganda sana kung may Part 3."
In the series, Gabby plays the role of President Glenn Acosta, who falls in love with the nanny Melody (Sanya Lopez).
The sequel meanwhile follows Melody as she steps into the role of the first lady.
However, Gabby said he was willing to take on any role offered to him.
"Whatever it is, I know ang mga think tank ng GMA... we have a lot of stories to tell and I'm also willing to do these challenges and willing to do the adventure," he said.
Gabby added that he especially misses the "First Lady" cast because of all the time they spent together during filming.
"Naging close kami, ngayon lang kasi nangyari ang lock-in... mas nagiging close kayo sa isa't isa," he said. "Nagsama kami ng dalawang taon, at 'yung lock-in kung minsan umaabot kami ng isang buwan."
"First Yaya" premiered in 2021, while "First Lady" concluded in July of this year. —JCB, GMA News
