Miguel Tanfelix calls Ysabel Ortega an ‘angel,’ and here’s why

Miguel Tanfelix just answered head-on why he fondly called Ysabel Ortega an angel!

During the press presentation Thursday of "What We Could Be," GMA's newest drama-romance series starring the "YsaGuel" loveteam, Miguel said Ysabel was wholesome, which made her an angel in his eyes.

"Tinawag ko siyang angel, [kasi] isa sa mga pinakagusto kong trait niya is wholesome siya," said Miguel, who will play the role of Franco.

Miguel also said Ysabel was a true "dalagang Filipina."

"Tignan mo palang [siya], 'yun na agad maiisip mo," he added.

When asked what the real score was between them, Miguel said he and Ysabel were not in a hurry and enjoying each other's company.

"Very close kami ngayon. Iyong mga traits na hinahanap ko sa babae, nakikita ko kay Ysabel," the Kapuso actor said.

Ysabel agreed. "We're just trying to enjoy the moment. Di kami nagmamadali. Masaya kami ngayon," she said.

Miguel and Ysabel first worked together on "Voltes V: Legacy" as Steve and Jamie.
