Coney Reyes returns to ‘Eat Bulaga’

Surprises just keep coming as “Eat Bulaga” celebrates its 43rd anniversary!

On Saturday, hosts Tito and Vic Sotto and Joey de Leon welcomed live on stage their “original Dabarkads” Coney Reyes.

“Welcome home, original Dabarkads since 1982, Coney Reyes!” said Tito.

Immediately after joining them, Coney turned emotional as the audience gave her a warm applause.

“It’s so good to be here back home on Eat Bulaga,” she said.

“Some of the fun years I had in show business was here with the Eat Bulaga family, especially with Tito, Vic, and Joey. Marami akong natutunan sa kanila,” she added.

After greeting each of the co-hosts, Coney thanked Vic and Pauleen Luna for their support to her son, Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto.

“Gusto kong pasalamatan si Vic at si Pauleen dahil sa sobrang suporta nila sa anak ko, sana anak namin ni Vic, kay Vico,” she said.

“Excited ka ba, darling?” asked Joey.

“Excited ako makasama sa paghahatid natin ng isang libo’t isang tuwa sa ating mga manonood noon pa, noong araw pa,” said Coney.

“Kumpleto na ang Dabarkads, pwede nang mag-celebrate. Happy birthday, Eat Bulaga!” said Vic. – RC, GMA News
