Neri Miranda graduates from University of Baguio
Neri Miranda just graduated from the University of Baguio!
On Instagram, Thursday, Neri shared several photos of her marching on the stage during graduation ceremony.
Clad in a black toga and a cap, Neri smiled widely while her husband, Chito Miranda proudly stood beside her.
"Thankful ako sa asawa kong palaging andyan for me to support me. Masaya lang siya kahit nasa gilid lang at pinapalakpakan ako sa mga achievements ko," Neri said.
("I'm thankful to my husband who is always there to support me. He is happy to be stand on the sidelines and applaud my achievements.")
"Mas magaan ang buhay kapag may nag-e-encourage sa 'yo at naniniwala sa kakayanan mo. Thank you, asawa ko. Mahal na mahal kita," she added.
("Life is so much easier when there's someone who encourages you and believes in what you can do. Thank you, my husband. I love you so much.")
Neri also shared some words of wisdom to her followers about reaching for their dreams. She encouraged everyone to keep going and believe in themselves.
"Iba iba man ang journey natin, 'yung iba mas mauuna, may male-late lang konti, meron matagal talagang dumating kagaya ng sa akin. Hindi naging madali sa akin lahat ha?" she said.
("Our journeys may be different, some of us get ahead first, some run a little late, some have a long journeys like me. It wasn't easy for me at all, you know?"
"Pero dahil palagi akong positibo na darating ang para sa akin, naghintay lang ako at habang naghihintay, ginagawa kong productive ang sarili ko. Para kapag ibinigay na ni Lord ang tamang panahon para sa akin, I am ready."
("But because I'm always positive that what's for me will eventually come, I just waited and while waiting, I made myself productive. So when the time comes that Lord gives me what is meant for me, I am ready.")
Neri previously shared her graduation picture where Chito can be seen adorably photobombing her in the background.
She enrolled in the university's SBAA ETEEAP program, an alternative education program, in March 2021. In 2020, she also finished an online program at Harvard Business School.
Aside from studying, Neri has put up several businesses, including a gourmet tuyo and condo rental by the sea.
