Barbie Forteza spills the beans on how her online talk show came about: 'Lahat ay biglaan'

Barbie Forteza took to Instagram to express her kilig about all the positive comments on the first episode of “Coffee Talk with Barbie.”

The pilot episode of the YouTube series featured Bea Alonzo giving some juicy comments about her exes.

And although it doesn't look like it at all, Barbie said it all happened in a rush!

“Lahat po ito ay biglaan,” she said. “Parang dalawang araw ko lang pong inayos ito.”

Barbie revealed that Bea’s team reached out to her for a vlog collab, and Barbie immediately said yes.

“Saka lang nag-sink in saken na, ‘Ay teka. Dapat effortan ko to. Dapat budgetan,’” she said.

Barbie then thought of doing a sit-down interview “because talking is really one of the things I’m known for by everyone who [knows] me personally. They also know how much I love coffee kaya ang perfect para sakin ng concept na to.”

She also liked the thought of having coffee while doing the interview because it would make it less formal and more like a casual chikahan sesh.

“I’m also very happy that you enjoyed my questions, ako lang din po ang gumawa nun sa phone ko,” Barbie said. “Well, I prepared some of the questions and some of it, inayon ko sa mga sagot ni Ms. Bea kaya mas nagenjoy ako!”

To end her post, Barbie shared her gratitude for Bea, who was such a good sport all throughout their interview. “I also admired her professionalism during the shoot, hindi siya nagpapaintay ng tao. Lalo ko siyang hinangaan dahil don.”

Barbie promised to do more episodes of “Coffee Talk with Barbie.”

“I know that I still have a lot to learn but I’m just so happy [with] how this vlog turned out," she said. —Nika Roque/JCB, GMA News
