‘Running Man Philippines’ is coming soon on GMA

It’s finally happening!

On Friday, GMA Network unveiled the social media channels of “Running Man Philippines.”

“Don’t walk, RUN! Because the phenomenal reality game show #RunningManPH is here! Coming soon on GMA,” it said.

“Running Man,” a reality show from South Korea, featured several cast members including Yoo Jae Suk, Ji Suk Jin, Kim Jong Kook, Haha, Lee Kwang Soo, Song Ji Hyo, Yang Se Chan, and Jeon So Min.

In February 2020, South Korean TV Network SBS and GMA Network signed a contract for the co-production of “Running Man Philippines.”

During the contract signing, it was revealed that the reality show would feature Filipino artists and incorporate local culture.

The South Korean cast members were scheduled to have a fan meet in the Philippines in early 2020, but it was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The fan meet was held as a virtual event in September of the same year.
