Herlene 'Hipon Girl' Budol to audition for Binibining Pilipinas 2022

Herlene "Hipon Girl" Budol is set to audition for Binibining Pilipinas 2022 this coming April 8.

On her Facebook page, Monday, Herlene announced the news sharing a photo of herself all glammed up.

"Makeup trial ni Hipon at subukan ko lang makipag-sapalaran mag register sa Binibining Pilipinas 'etong April 8," she wrote in the caption of her post.

"Sana pumasa ako sa audition at supportahan [niyo] pa din ako kung ano lang kaya ni Hipon ah," she added.

She expressed her gratitude to those who will help and guide her as she tries her hand in pageantry.

"Salamat sa aking KF family specially kay Tito Rodin Flores at willing po ako mag undergo training!" she wrote. "Wala naman mawawala kung subukan natin 'di ba mga solidong KaSquammy?"

Herlene said she will "give my best hangga't may taong naniniwala sa akin tulad ni Manager Wilbert Tolentino at gusto ko maging proud [siya] sa akin dahil [siya] din nag hikayat at nag-motivate sa akin.

"At siyempre gusto ko din magkaron ng improvement on my own! Siyempre 2 joints tayo mga Kabudol & KaHipon! Hehehe love [you] all mga Hiponatics!!" she ended her note.

Some of the titles up for grabs in Binibining Pilipinas this 2022 include Bb. Pilipinas International, Bb. Pilipinas Globe, and Bb. Pilipinas Intercontinental.

Last February, Binibining Pilipinas announced that they are officially looking for candidates.

Herlene is set to appear in the upcoming GMA fantasy series "False Positive."

She burst into the showbiz scene with her appearance in "Wowowin" as a contestant in 2019. She also later took part in comedy show "Bubble Gang." —JAB, GMA News.
