Here's what Bea Alonzo has to say to a netizen who told her 'may kulubot ka na'

Bea Alonzo bravely reacted to mean tweets about her in her latest vlog episode.

In the video, Bea read one tweet that said, "Isn’t it too late for you to be doing this endorsement? Watching it you’re old to be a model for this commercial may kulubot ka na."

The Kapuso actress said it's about time to stop shaming people for their age.

"Actually alam niyo ngayon it’s about time na tigilan ng mga tao na mag-shame ng mga tao na nagkaka-edad," she said.

"I’m 34 and I’m about to turn 35 and I’m proud of it and I take care of myself as much as I can, I exercise, I eat healthy and I think proud ako sa itsura ko at 34 years old," she added.

"And kinuha ako ng certain brand that is actually very flattering for me kasi di ko naman pinipilit sarili ko para kunin ako so I’m proud of it," she ended her note.

Bea stressed for people to "stop shaming people for their age. It’s 2022."

Meanwhile, in an article where Bea said she keeps on failing in her relationships, a netizen commented, "lol baka sayo na may mali."

Bea said, "Uy sakit naman nun."

"Alam mo baka tama ka baka may mali sakin kaya nga ngayon tinatama ko mga mali ko," she said.

"Totoo naman meron akong mga mistakes na nagawa in the past and kung ano man mga mali ko before tinatama ko," she added.

Towards the end of the video, Bea said she expected to receive more "painful" comments.

However, Bea said she feels she has mastered how to filter mean comments and statements, especially as someone who work as a public figure.

"Through the years natutunan ko na mag-filter siguro for my survival and sanity kasi nasa business kami kung nasaan kahit sino entitled magbigay ng opinyon totoo man o hindi at kadalasan may mga fake news." —JAB, GMA News.
