Kyline Alcantara, Mavy Legaspi say their relationship is not for 'publicity': 'Hindi lang ito love team'

Kyline Alcantara and Mavy Legaspi certainly look good together on screen, but for both artists, their relationship isn't just showbiz.

During the "I Left My Heart in Sorsogon" media conference, Kyline said that she and Mav were already bonding before they worked on the series together.

"Before pa kami magkatrabaho ni Mav, kahit wala pang teleserye, may bonding na talaga kami at lagi na talaga kaming magkasama. We have a strong foundation to start with," Kyline said.

"Sasabihin ko na agad na hindi ito anything na pang-publicity lang," she added.

Mavy agreed with her, saying that they were more than just a love team.

"It's not just for publicity, hindi lang ito love team para sa show," he said.

"Sa lahat na nagsasabing, 'Ay wala, love team lang to para sa show na to,' this is only the beginning," he added.

The pair also said that their relationship is "special" and their "own."

Fans started to speculate on Mavy and Kyline's relationship after they shared vague and teasing photos referring to their "someone special" in June.

They both star in the teleserye "I Left My Heart in Sorsogon," which premiered in November. —JCB, GMA News
