Iya Villania back on ‘24 Oras’ after bout with COVID-19

Iya Villania has returned to her “24 Oras” duties after her and her family’s bout with COVID-19.
She is back on the evening newscast with her live Chika Minute updates, which she has been reporting from home since 2020.
“Good evening mga Kapuso, I am so back!” she said during her segment on Friday.
Iya, her husband Drew Arellano, and their three children tested positive for COVID-19 around second week of January.
While Primo, Leon, and Alana experienced fever, sneezing, and vomiting, Iya said the adults in the household mostly had mild symptoms.
By Tuesday, Drew said that “everyone” at Casa Arellano was at “almost 100%.”
Earlier this month, Iya revealed that she was pregnant with their baby boy.
