Pregnant Iya Villania just juggled motherhood, work-outs and tapings while battling COVID-19
Iya Villania, her husband Drew Arellano and all three of their children were among the thousands of Filipinos who caught COVID-19 early this month.
In her Instagram post over the weekend, the pregnant "Chika Minute" host said the kids were still experiencing symptoms, including their youngest child Alana who was only one year old.
Despite the current situation, Iya said Casa Arellano is "staying positive" as they "try to find our way out of the woods."
"On the upside, borders have now opened and everyone’s reunited... so now we can all help each other as the kids heal and recover," the mom wrote.
"Drew and I aren’t going anywhere anyway so we can keep on counting days with the kids until everyone is well again," she added.
Iya also explained why she seemed to be wearing makeup in some of her pics, revealing that she had been working despite their family's ordeal.
“Pps: Yes, naka makeup ako. Coz thats how I take care of my patients here at home… NOT! Had work and had to tape a segment,” Iya wrote.
Moreover, Iya had been posting videos of herself working out since testing postive last week.
"Just an easy upper body set using a resistance band after todays slow and steady 3km run," she captioned her workout video over the weekend.
"Wala lang, just wanted to figure out how to use reels," she said. —Margaret Claire Layug/JAB, GMA News.
