Arnold Clavio recovers from COVID-19

Arnold Clavio marked his recovery from COVID-19 with a message to those who wished him death while he was suffering from the virus.

Sharing an Instagram video of his negative antigen result on his 10th day of isolation, the journalist said the past couple of days were indeed a challenge.

Apart from the Omicron variant itself, Arnold said he and his wife also had to face negativity from some, whom he just wished well with prayers.

Meanwhile, he thanked those who wished him and his wife recovery through messages and prayers.

“Kayo ang aming naging booster para mapagtagumpayan ito,” he said. “Kayo ang aking naging lakas at sandigan.”

Finally recovering from his first COVID-19 attack since the pandemic began, Arnold said he will go out of this chapter as a better person. He aims to spread hope amid the health crisis.

“Marami akong natutunan sa panahon ng pag-iisa. Makatitiyak kayo na isang mas matalino at mas mabuting nilalang ang magbabalik,” he said.

The journalist, radio and TV personality announced last week that he tested positive for COVID-19 through an antigen test he took after being exposed to another patient.  —Franchesca Viernas/JAB, GMA News.
