Dingdong Dantes greets 2022 with determination: 'Continue to fight despite the struggle'

Dingdong Dantes is entering 2022 with a strong mindset.

In an Instagram post, the Kapuso actor said 2021 had not been a smooth journey for anyone, but that our hearts can withstand the challenges.

"Nandiyan pa rin ang mga hamon na dala ng pandemya, marami sa atin ang nawalay sa pamilya, nawalan ng hanapbuhay, at naiwan ng mga minamahal sa buhay. Ngunit isa ang nanatiling totoo at nangibabaw sa ating lahat: kayang higitan ng pagmamahal natin ang mga hamon na ito," he said.

"As we round out this year and welcome another one, I hope we all continue to fight despite the struggle, believe despite the doubts, and love despite the pain," he added. "Our Squad wishes everyone a safe, meaningful, and prosperous New Year!"

In his Christmas post, Dingdong also looked back at the difficult year that had been 2021, and shared encouraging words to his fans.

"Whatever 2022 has in store for all of us, may we all keep the faith, and continue to believe that better days are coming. Through our faith in Him, coupled with the love and support of the people we love, we will overcome," he said. —JCB, GMA News
