Faith Da Silva addresses rumors about her relationship with Albert Martinez

Faith Da Silva, 20 addressed rumors on her relationship with her "Las Hermanas" co-star Albert Martinez, 60.

In an episode of "The Boobay and Tekla Show," Faith was asked for her reaction regarding rumors about her being in a relationship with Albert.

"Isang deretsahang tanong may kumakalat na tsismis tungkol sa inyong dalawa, ano ang reaction mo?" Boobay asked Faith.

"Nagulat ako because nung nakita ko yung news na 'yun, nung nabasa ko or nabasa ko ongoing pa yung lock-in taping namin. So nagulat ako. But it's not like I didn't expect it, kasi with our roles, magiging partner ko siya," she said.

"Siguro nakita ng mga tao na we're comfortable with each other," she added.

[I was surprised because when I saw the news, we were still in lock-in taping. But it's not like I didn't expect it. In our roles, he will become my partner.]

Faith shares she and Albert had already talked about it, too, albeit in passing. "Napag-usapan namin pero in passing lang. Hindi siya yung seryosohan talaga. Parang pinagbibiru-biruan lang namin. Tuksu-tuksuhan lang."

"Para sa aming dalawa naman kasi professional lang lahat. Walang ilangan," she added.

[We talked about it but only in passing. It wasn't like a serious talk. We were joking about it, teasing each other. For us, it's very professional, that's why we don't feel awkward.]

The hosts also asked Faith what her mother's reaction was, and she admitted her mom was shocked.

"Si mama medyo nagulat siya, pero since alam naman namin ano ang totoo, hindi dapat mag-worry ang mga tao," she said.

[Mom was a bit surprised but since we know what' true, people shouldn't worry too much.]

Faith had nothing but good words about her co-star, saying Albert guided her on set since it was her first TV series.

Rumors about Albert and Faith's relationship sparked after their lock-in taping for the GMA-7 show "Las Hermanas."
