‘Still’ starring Julie Anne San Jose, Christian Bautista rescheduled to premiere in November
The premiere of musical-narrative series “Still” starring Julie Anne San Jose and Christian Bautista has been moved to November 12.
Originally scheduled for September 10, the series’ airing was postponed due to recent lockdowns in the country, according to a press release.
“Still” is an “inspirational lockdown story that unlocks the beauty of friendship, the resilience of a community, and the strength of the Filipino spirit” amid a period of isolation and struggle.
It circles on young aspiring artists who were affected by a pandemic while in a music camp. They then use music to bring in hope and light to each other.
Joining Asia's Pop Diva and Asia's Romantic Balladeer are theater and music icon Bituin Escalante, and Philippine Theater Princess Gab Pangilinan.
“Still” is Viu’s first Filipino original musical narrative series and will have eight episodes. It will start streaming on November 12. Tickets are available on the Ticket2Me website. — Franchesca Viernes/LA, GMA News
