Xian Lim reveals he’s a huge fan of ‘Bubble Gang,’ Michael V.

If Xian Lim would be given a chance to guest on “Bubble Gang,” he would be super game!

In an online interview with the press Tuesday, the newest Kapuso actor said he had been a fan of the country’s longest running gag show since he was young.

“[My cousins and me], it’s our ritual to watch ‘Bubble Gang,’” he told GMA News Online.

“[They] shaped our childhood na tawa lang kami nang tawa. Sila yung mga nagpasaya sa ’min nung times na ayaw namin gawin yung homework namin,” he added.

[They shaped our childhood where we were just laughing. They made us happy during times when we don’t want to do our homework.]

Xian said he wouldn’t be able to calm himself if he ever got an invitation to appear in the show.

“‘Di ako makakatulog if nabigyan ako ng pagkakataon doon (I won’t be able to sleep if I was given a chance),” he said. 

The actor also said he was a huge fan of Michael V. and the rest of the cast of the comedy show.

“I’m a huge fan of Bitoy. Naalala ko in one event, nakita ko sila and wala akong nasabi. Na-fan mode ako. Everyone else na bumubuo ng ‘Bubble Gang,’ I’m a huge fan,” he added.

[I remember in one event, I saw them and I was speechless. I went into fan mode. Everyone who are in ‘Bubble Gang,’ I’m a huge fan.”]

Apart from getting excited about the idea of doing comedy, Xian said it was also among the genres that he wished to write about and direct one day.

Xian officially became a Kapuso last week. He is set to star alongside Jennylyn Mercado in the new GMA series titled “Love, Die, Repeat.” – RC, GMA News
