Alden Richards on working with Jasmine Curtis Smith: 'Since Day 1, we were on the same page'

Alden Richards shared how comfortable he was working with Jasmine Curtis Smith in "The World Between Us."

During a press conference on Saturday, the Kapuso actor said he didn't have a hard time working alongside his on-screen partner.

"Since Day 1, we're on the same page, pagdating sa set. I see how professional she is. Mas nadadalian ako magtrabaho kasi Jasmine knows her craft and I can focus on mine," he said.

Alden added, "I consider that as an advantage. Nakakatuwa po since we're comfortable working with each other, lumalabas sa eksena even more. Lumalabas more than what is written. Na-exceed namin expectation ng script."

The actor also shared that they both have a decade of experience in the industry, they both are able to learn from one another.

In "The World Between Us," which also features other star actors such as Tom Rodriguez, Dina Bonnevie, Jaclyn Jose, and Sid Lucero, beauty queen Kelley Day, and actress Alyanna Asistio, follows Louie (Alden) and Lia (Jasmine) who grow up together and find themselves falling in love yet the world around them is keen on keeping them apart.

"The World Between Us” is Alden and Jasmine’s second team up after their successful show “I Can See You: Love on The Balcony” last year.

The show is set to take a season break and will come back on air this November. — LA, GMA News
