5 things you didn't know about Luke Conde, your newest Kapuso hunk
How much do you know about GMA-7's newest Kapuso hunk, Luke Conde?
Since you'll be seeing more of the handsome young singer, actor, and host on the Kapuso channel, here are just five fun facts that will make you fall in love him even more.
1. He's an ectomorph, but he works hard to stay in shape
As an ectomorph, Luke has always been naturally lean, with little body fat and a fast metabolism.
Although he feels blessed to have that sort of advantage, the actor doesn't let it stop him from exercising and living a healthy lifestyle.
Luke said he has been working out at home most of the time amid the pandemic, but he tries to fit in a weightlifting session whenever he can.
2. He's into visual arts
As if being a singer, actor, and dancer weren't enough, Luke is actually quite the artist.
He takes an interest in visual arts, which means you'll catch him painting or sketching from time to time.
"I draw and I paint, so I think that's one side of arts that I really pursue," he told GMA News Online in a mix of English and Filipino.
3. He's a big toy collector
He might not look like it, but Luke goes full geek when it comes to toys.
If you follow him on Instagram, you'll see him showing off his impressive collection, from his custom X-Men treasures to his very own Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.
4. He's a loving furparent
Just when you thought he couldn't get any cuter, Luke Conde is a loving fur parent.
He takes care of an adorable dog named Sparky, who's also super photogenic just like his daddy.
5. He's a huge K-Pop fan

Luke isn't afraid to admit that he's a huge K-pop stan.
His two favorite groups include ASTRO and SF9 but, but he gives mad respect for any artist who have worked hard to produce a great sound with a unique style—which doesn't come as a surprise since he was a member of a boy group himself.
"Any K-pop artist, as long as it's someone fashionable and their music is good, the songs are good, I really appreciate it," Luke said.
"It's one of my happy pills these days especially when the pandemic hit, it's one of the things that lifted by spirit and morale," he added.
Luke is a former member of the boy group #Hashtags.
He officially became a Kapuso last June after signing a contract with GMA Artist Center.
You'll be able to watch him soon on some of GMA-7's most anticipated teleseryes, like "Lolong" and "Never Say Goodbye."
Luke has also appeared in movies like TomCar's "No Boyfriend Since Birth" and "The Significant Other" starring Tom Rodriguez, Lovi Poe, and Erich Gonzales.
