Bea Alonzo shares photos of herself taken by BF Dominic Roque, as she encourages having a 'positive outlook'

Bea Alonzo just shared photos of herself taken by her boyfriend Dominic Roque. It was taken during their recent California trip, with Bea wearing a nice black leather jacket, the wind furiously blowing her hair. She was by a fence, which must've jump-started her trail of thoughts.

"Sometimes, we lock ourselves up in our negative thoughts that we create this kind of self prison," she began her caption that ultimately encouraged people to create a positive outlook.

The new Kapuso star observed that being negative was addicting, and becomes a trap that's easy to fall into.

"Most of the time, we fall into this trap, making it a habit to either talk trash about other people or ourselves," she added.

She encouraged her followers to "create a positive outlook that will infect other people. After all, happiness is contagious."

At the latter part of the post, Bea credited her boyfriend Dominic for taking photos of her.

On August 9, Bea confirmed to Nelson Canlas that she is in a relationship with Dominic.

"It wasn't as if, like masyado ko siyang plano or masyado ako nag-hold back. It just came out naturally," she said.

Dominic previously posted some sweet photos with Bea, with one looking like they're about to kiss.

Bea and Dominic recently returned to the Philippines after their month-long trip to the United States, where among their adventures including a camping trip with some friends and celebrating the latter's 31st birthday. — Jannielyn Ann Bigtas/LA, GMA News
