Glaiza De Castro to appear in 2 international films

Glaiza De Castro is slowly gaining international recognition as an actress.

According to Lhar Santiago's report on "24 Oras," Thursday, the Kapuso star is set to appear in two films abroad.

One is produced by the Canadian Film Society and will be directed by a Filipino-Canadian filmmaker. The other one will be set in Korea where she will work with Korean actors.

With these opportunities, Glaiza said she is grateful and looking forward to go to work.

"Of course I'm honored to represent the Philippines through movies, films," she said in a mix of English and Filipino.

"I'm excited to do these because it’s another challenge, another assignment," she added.

Glaiza will also star in "Nagbabagang Luha," which will premiere on GMA-7 on August 2.
