Shaira Diaz renews contract with GMA Artist Center

Shaira Diaz remains a Kapuso as she renews her contract with GMA Artist Center Wednesday.

In an online interview with the press, Shaira said she is “supper happy” to continue showbiz journey with the management.

“Now that we’re in a pandemic, it’s hard to look for a job, everything is temporary. The fact that they renewed me means a lot to me,” she said in a mix of English and Filipino.

“They trusted me for more years. I’m grateful to GMA Artist Center,” she added. “I can feel that they entrust me with big projects.”

Shaira added that she’s happy with her projects because she gets offered different roles thus, she gets to discover more of her capabilities and herself.

According to the Kapuso actress, if she were to pick her best works, it would be the movie “Love You Two” and her episodes in “Magpakailanman.”

On who she wants to work with in the future, meanwhile, it would be her “idol” Bea Alonzo.

Shaira Diaz has been a Kapuso since 2018. She’s set to star alongside Ruru Madrid in the upcoming action-adventure series “Lolong.” — LA, GMA News
