10-year-old Pinoy receives standing ovation from judges in ‘America’s Got Talent’
A 10-year-old Filipino wowed the judges of “America’s Got Talent” with his voice.
Peter Rosalita gave his own rendition of Celine Dion’s “All By Myself" for his audition and toward the middle of his performance, he delivered more than what the judges expected catching Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel, Sofia Vergara and Heidi Klum were all caught off guard.
They gave Peter a standing ovation when he finished, as did the audience.
Simon and Heidi said the audition was “incredible,” while Howie described it as “amazing.”
“You’re so cute. I predict you’re gonna go far in this competition,” Howie said.
“There were parts that literally gave me goosebumps,” Simon added. “You have an amazing voice, personality and energy. I think the world’s gonna love [you].”
As expected, Peter got four approvals from all judges to move forward in the competition. With this, he only had one thing to say: “We did it!”
In the interview part of the audition, Peter revealed that he was born in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates but is a Filipino citizen.
If he wins a million dollars, Peter said he will buy a Nintendo Switch and a laptop for school.
As of writing, it is the 11th trending video on YouTube with over 1,340,000 views.
