Alden Richards is the newest ambassador of Lazada Philippines


Alden Richards is Lazada Philippines’ newest brand ambassador!

The Kapuso star will be joining the eCommerce platform’s mid-year celebration through the upcoming 6.6 campaign starting from June 6 to 8.

“I am very grateful to be part of the Lazada family. I’ve had the opportunity to work with them for their Birthday Super Sale last March,” the actor said in a release.

“I loved how everyone was just so excited and engaged,” Alden added. “I’m definitely looking forward to this year’s 6.6.”

Alden initially marked the new stint with the release of Lazada Philippines’ TV commercial which was released online on March 19. 

He will also host the “6.6 Game-Game Super Show” with Mimiyuuuh, SB19, and Kapuso artists. It will be shown on June 5 through the Lazada application and GMA Network.

In the Super Show, shoppers can stand a chance to win P10 million worth of vouchers and prizes by participating in the games and activities.

The mid-year sale, meanwhile, will run from June 6 to 8 where shoppers can enjoy six times more free shipping vouchers and up to 90% off for purchases done within the timeframe.

According to Lazada Philippines’ Chief Marketing Officer Neil Trinidad, they want the mid-year sale to serve as a driving force to everyone in these trying times.

“Lazada wants to turn this shopping festival into an opportunity to re-ignite hope and inspiration,” he said in a release.

“We hope that our customers will continue to celebrate making it this far and finding ways to thrive during a very challenging time,” he added.
