'Voltes V: Legacy’ officially begins lock-in taping, Direk Mark announces Day 1 of '8 year journey'
“Voltes V: Legacy” is officially a go!
Director Mark Reyes fueled the hype for the upcoming live-action series anew by announcing the start of an “8 year journey” on Instagram.
“Day 1 of an 8 year journey. Let’s begin. Finally,” he said.
“Voltes V: Legacy” is GMA Network’s upcoming action sci-fi fantasy series based on the original Japanese animated television show.
Direk Mark, who has been a long-time fan of the beloved anime, assembled a power-packed cast for the big-time production.
Miguel Tanfelix is volting in as team leader Steve Armstrong; Radson Flores as Mark Gordon; Matt Lozano as “Big Bert” Armstrong; Ysabel Ortega as Jamie Robinson; and Raphael Landicho as “Little Jon” Armstrong.
"Voltes V: Legacy" has been hyping Voltes V fans all over the world since January when GMA Network released an eye-popping trailer.
