Sharon Cuneta says she could live in Los Angeles forever, leave the Philippines ‘in a heartbeat’
Sounds like Sharon Cuneta is having fun in Los Angeles, California.
In a lengthy Instagram post that came with a photo of her view, the Megastar shared how much she likes being in L.A., saying “being here makes it seem like COVID is a lot farther away than it ever was.”
She loves the weather, Sharon says, and notwithstanding masked people and not being able to go out for leisure and fun, L.A. “almost feels like normal again.”
“I love being ‘home’ here," she continued.
For Sharon, the West Coast has always “felt like home.”
"I could live here forever," she added.
While "Kiko would NEVER leave the Philippines no matter what," the Megastar said should could, and "in a heartbeat!"
But then the actress considered her children: Frankie returning to school in New York, if all goes well, Miel following shortly — "though these two daughters of mine are just as nationalistic as their father,” she considered.
Her youngest child Miguel has already expressed how he also wants to live in Los Angeles with her and her eldest, KC, already has her green card long before Sharon got hers.
With each of their plans still in the works, Sharon realized her dreams were next to impossible. “Patay at iba-iba kami, nyek,” she wrote.
Last week, Sharon announced leaving the Philippines to “breathe, collect myself and gain strength.” She also shared photos of her tearful goodbye to her family.
Though she didn’t disclose where she was going then, she did mention that she was “going home” and in a recent Instagram post, she said that she’s “Home in LA.”
