'Voltes V: Legacy' director Mark Reyes gives a sneak peek from the set of Camp Big Falcon
We’re a step closer to seeing “Voltes V: Legacy!”
On Instagram Monday, Director Mark Reyes gave an update about the much-awaited show, offering a "sneak peek from the set of Camp Big Falcon," he wrote in the caption of his post.
"Production will start soon,” he added, using the hashtag "#work in progress."
In the photo, Direk Mark stood in front of large scale windows, looking like he was inside the fortress base.
In April, the director shared a photo of Miguel Tanfelix, Ysabel Ortega, Radson Flores and Matt Lozano looking fierce while staring straight at the camera.
Miguel will play Steve Armstrong, the team leader of the crew and pilot of Volt Cruiser, which transforms into Voltes V's head.
Matt and child actor Raphael Landicho will play his brothers Big Bert and Little Jon, the pilots of the Volt Panzer (body) and the Volt Frigate (legs).
Ysabel and Radson, meanwhile, will portray Jamie Robinson and Mark Gordon, the pilots of the Volt Lander (feet) and Volt Bomber (arm).
A teaser for the highly-anticipated series was released in January and has already reached more than a million views on YouTube.
The live action adaptation has been licensed by Japan's own Toei Company, Ltd. through its Philippine-licensor Telesuccess Productions, Inc. — Franchesca Viernes/LA, GMA News
