SB19 postpones "What?" virtual launch after being exposed to someone COVID-19 positive


SB19 on Tuesday announced that they have postponed the virtual launch of "What?"  after the P-pop group was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19.

"We regret to announce the SB19 “What?” Virtual Music Launch scheduled on March 9, 2021 (Tue) 19:30 has been postponed," the statement posted on their Facebook page read.

"SB19 was recently exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19 and they are now in quarantine," it added.

The group apologized for "any inconvenience that this may have caused."

Without mentioning any target date, SB19 said a new new event date will be announced soon.

"SB19’s “What?” digital single, music video, and merchandise will still be released as scheduled," it read.

"The health and safety of our artist, staff, and production team is our priority and we are thankful for your support and understanding," it added.

The group has been posting teaser photos and videos from March 2 until yesterday, March 8.

SB19 consists of members Stell, Ken, Justin, Sejun, and Josh.

The all-Filipino group released their first full-length album “Get in the Zone” in July last year.
