Gerald Anderson celebrates birthday with Julia Barretto, Aeta community in Zambales

Shortly after confirming their relationship, Gerald Anderson had an early birthday celebration with Julia Barretto, helping the Aeta community in Zambales.

According to the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), Gerald and Julia helped a total of 300 families by providing them with food and hygiene kits.

They added that the actor expressed his sincerest gratitude to PCG and the World Vision Philippines for ensuring the safety of the relief operations.

“Nagpapasalamat ako kasi kasama ko kayo sa birthday ko. Sana nakapagbigay ng kaunting saya sa inyo ang pagbisita namin dito. Hiling ko rin na maging 'partner' kami ng komunidad na ito sa mga susunod pang pagkakataon," he said.

According to the PCG, Gerald is “one of the most active Auxiliary volunteers specifically in conducting humanitarian assistance operations." 

On Friday, he confirmed his relationship with Julia through an interview with Boy Abunda, saying he is “very happy” with her.

Romance rumors started after the two were spotted together just months after they starred in the 2019 film “Between Maybes.”

Back then, a cryptic Instagram post by Bea sparked break-up rumors with Gerald with fans quick to tag Julia as being involved, which Julia denied.
