Bianca Umali on playing Dennis Trillo's bride on 'Legal Wives': 'It's a blessing and I'm excited'
After captivating viewers in dramas like "Sahaya" and "Kambal Karibal," Bianca Umali is set to star in the cultural drama series "Legal Wives" coming soon on GMA.
The 20-year-old Kapuso actress is playing Farrah, the third and youngest wife of Ishmael, a Maranao Muslim royal played by none other than Dennis Trillo.
During an interview with Lhar Santiago for "Unang Hirit" Wednesday, Bianca said it was both exciting and a blessing to be able to work with the Kapuso Drama Prince.
"Hindi ko po alam kung ano ang mafi-feel," the actress said.
"Kasi parang napakaganda po nung role, napakalaki ng proyekto, and yung makatambal si kuya Dennis na isang beteranong aktor is a blessing for me, and I'm excited to start the experience," she added.
Bianca has taken on many challenging roles since she began acting as a kid, but the actress said she's ready to start yet another new chapter in her career.
"This is a new chapter again and gusto ko rin pong maipakita rin sa mga tao ang kakayahan ko bilang isang aktres," she said.
"Legal Wives" is coming soon on GMA Telebabad.
It stars Dennis Trillo as Ishmael, a Maranao Muslim royal who weds three wives: Amirah (Alice Dixson), Diance (Andrea Torres) and Farrah (Bianca Umali)
