Mavy excited to diverge path from Cassy's: 'When we think of Legaspi twins, they think combo na kami'

Mavy Legaspi shared his excitement over his and his twin sister Cassy's decision to take separate paths in their career.

In an interview on Wednesday, Mavy said that Cassy underwent a lock-in taping for two to three weeks for her role in "First Yaya" and instead of missing her, he was just excited and happy for his sister.

"Actually di ko siya na-miss," he said, laughing. "I was just really thinking since we're all grown up, we're growing, we're mature. Kasi usually when we think of Legaspi twins, it's combo."

"Sabi ko, 'Wow, may path na rin si Cassy, I have my own path.' Exciting times ahead, instead of me missing her," he said.

While Cassy will star in "First Yaya" with Sanya Lopez and Gabby Concepcion, Mavy is set to host his own show "Flex" with Lexi Gonzales, JD Domagoso, and Althea Ablan.

The show, which is set to premiere next year, will feature numerous Gen Z artists. —MGP, GMA News
