Barbie Forteza says she's proud of herself: 'I've been busy growing up'
Barbie Forteza took to social media to share how proud she was of herself for the decisions she's made for the past few weeks.
Sharing photos of herself on Instagram, Barbie said, "I’ve made decisions that really changed the way I live each day. Sabi nga sa kanta ni Taylor Swift, 'Been saying yes instead of no.' I've been handling things myself."
The actress shared that just recently, she went to work all by herself since plus-ones weren't allowed amid the pandemic.
"When there’s a problem, I try not to get overwhelmed by stress. Instead, I deal with it right away then laugh about it the next day," Barbie said. "Basically, I’ve been busy growing up. Oh, how it scares me but I love it."
"I am so looking forward to meet my future self," she added.
In a recent interview, Barbie said that the quarantine, which has been effective since March, made her realize that life is "precious."
"Ako kasi during quarantine parang na-discover ko sa sarili ko marami pa pala akong gustong gawin. And hindi hadlang ang pag-stay lang sa bahay para hindi ko magawa 'yon," she said. —Kaela Malig/JCB, GMA News
