Benjamin Alves, Lovi Poe serve kilig banters in 'Owe My Love' table read

"Owe My Love" trended on Twitter on Monday after its table read served major kilig banters online.

Benjamin Alves and Lovi Poe will star in the upcoming romantic comedy series and showed their undeniable chemistry anew while delivering their lines.

"Tigilan mo nga ako sa mga pang aasar mo, kinikilabutan ako sa mga sinasabi mo," said Lovi's character, Sensen Guipit.

"Kinikilabutan o kinikilig?" replied Ben as Doc Migs Alcancia.

The two characters seemingly entered a contract of sorts and discussed the terms the conditions of their agreement.

"Pangatlo, bawal mag-hug. Pang-apat, bawal mag kiss," Lovi said. "Pag niyakap mo ko, merong fine 'yun na isang libo. Pag ki-niss mo ko, merong fine 'yun na dalawang libo."

"Wow, mahal naman. But don't worry, kahit ilang swab test pa ang gawin mo hindi ako makikipag-kiss at hug sa 'yo," Ben answered.

Fans tweeted away their excitement for the series as the official hashtag #OweMyLoveTableRead reached the sixth spot on the Philippines' trending list.

Netizens also gushed about Team JoLai—Jelai Andres and Jon Gutierrez—who will appear alongside Ben and Lovi in the show. —MGP, GMA News
