Al Quinn, veteran director, dies at 86

Al Quinn, a veteran director for television, film and theater, has died. He was 86.

Entertainment columnist and talent manager and Noel Ferrer shared the announcement on his Facebook account Saturday. “Woke up to this sad news about Tito Al Quinn,” he wrote.

“Back in the day when I was doing writing for TV specials—awards nights, pageants, tributes, etc, I have worked with this very cool, funny and respected director we loving call Tito Al Quinn. Rest in peace Tito Al!!!” he added.

He also shared photos taken during the last project he did with Quinn, which included Ryan Agoncillo and the late comedian Dolphy.
