Eric Quizon looks remarkably fit at 53.

The actor just blessed the internet with a surprise towel shot that showed off his six-pack abs, toned arms and pecs.

"Towel shot, shameless at 53, but I am just happy with what I see in the mirror. With a little flexing and tucking your stomach can achieve a six pack," Eric said in his Instagram.

Thousands of fans swooned over his latest post, but it wasn't the first time he flexed his physique on Instagram.
