‘Descendants of the Sun Philippines’ goes back on air Oct. 26
The Philippine adaptation of “Descendants of the Sun” is set to go back on air on Oct. 26!
“We are coming back and excited na excited na kami,” said cast member Rocco Nacino during the show’s media conference Wednesday.
“I think for all the fans of the original show who were hoping to watch Philippine adaptation, it’s still something they want to see finished and completed,” said costar Jasmine Curtis-Smith.
“Descendants of the Sun Philippines” premiered on GMA in February. However, its production was suspended for seven months amid the pandemic.
After cast members and staff resumed taping in a lock-in setup, the television show is set to be back on air on GMA-7 next week starting with a two-week recap.
Aside from its comeback, the television show will also be available on Netflix starting Nov. 13. – RC, GMA News
